Two things if you don't get payed well for your efforts, one is your job or boss is crap good and hard working employees should be compensated if they are assets and if you don't want the competition to take them and make them there asset, then two is that you only think that you are working hard when in reality you are not, you are just complaining and blabbing and you are not really something the company or you boss someone to consider an asset or a person to be rewarded. Agreed?
