Detroit Tigers- Powerhouse Team?

The Detroit Tigers have looked very impressive in their first two games of the season. I am very impressed with their lineup. I believe they will continue to create great run production with Miguel Cabrera batting third followed by Prince Fielder batting fourth. There really seems to be no weak areas in their lineup and they will likely to mesh together even more as a team as the season goes on. I am not a Tigers fan, however I really believe that they will be a team to watch come the MLB post-season this season. As long as they continue on as they have started, they should be one of the op if not the top American League team. What do the rest of you think? Do you think there are any other teams that especially stand out so far very early on in the MLB season?

The Detroit Tigers are very good. Very good. They have an explosive offense with Prince Fielder, Miguel Cabrera, and soon to be Victor Martinez. They have a nice rotation anchored by Cy young and MVP Justin Verlander and Max Scherzer. There is nobody else I see challenging them. YET.

Prince Fielder and Miguel Cabrera are a very formidable duo for the Tigers. I'm pretty sure that as long as their 3rd-5th starters remain steady, they should do quite well. No surprise that they are leading their division this early.
