stupid comment

i don`t know how to react the people who said the leader in one institutions but sometimes make the situation become worst.. when i know, if you want to manage the organization, you must accept not only compliment but maybe get a critics.. and the great leader are the people can make a bad situation become a better situation so thats why only a few who always said that they are leader can be a good leader.. many "rubbish" leader in every situation that we always get it.. they did not change the bad situation become better situation, but make become the worst situation with some of their comments or their action.. how come they can speak with stupid and rubbish comment when their man ask for their rights?? how come they did not make another approach for telling the truth for their man so their man did not complain?? how come their reaction is so stupid?? how come they even blame their man for what he had done for better organization?? too much rubbish leader...and maybe you always involved many times with rubbish leader...

Hi adhyz, My father is a leader, he is a boss and I believe that he has put alot of effort for his job and for the people who works with him. Sometime people have too much expectation for their leader, they expect their leader to change things, to change the situation within a second just like blinking our eyes. They forgot that everything needs process and step to change the situation to be better. In an institution its not only leader who play role but also the people have contribution to make things become better. I speak based on my experience, so probably my experience and other people's are different. Even if the leader has put a big effort, but there is always be unsatisfied person/employee. why? because they think they can lead better than the leader so they waste their energy to criticism or badmouthing the leader instead of use their energy to make a change in the institution. Just dont forget that a leader is also human just like us, sometime they make mistake too because nobody is perfect. My father has made a big improvement in his office since he is promoted to this high position. Its not that Im defending my father or boasting him, but the people in his previous institutions really want him to come back and to lead them again and the people here in his current institutions doesnt want him to be rotated. So I think it is a sign that he has made a great effort. Of course im not saying he is the perfect man, I was once fought a girl in his office because i caught her badmouthing my father. as you see no matter how great is your effort there is always be unsatisfied employee. well, you can never please everyone. But then in an institution there must be a cooperation between the leader and the workers.

i agree with all this simple conclusion from your respond it was not easy to be a good leader it was simple for us for evaluating anybody else than evaluate our self..i really know it.. but let me give the simple before said something like this, of course i must be careful before said something.. it was not easy for me, said like that but its the fact that i find it.. everytime the situation is not better but become so worst situation after "the leader" said something and blame their employer.. where do you get the organization only know the punishment method but never applied the reward method? do you believe that it will satisfied your employer?? no...slow but sure, no one will work for you if you only put one method like that

Yes, I also agree that there must be a balance between punishment and reward. I was once see my father scolded his employees, he said if they do not reach the target he would not raise their bonus. so the bonus that the employee earn is based on their activity, if they do a good work they deserve a bonus but if the do not show a good performance then do not cry if they dont get bonus salary. Oh and my father really fulfil his promise, he took the employee to a vacation in Bali for 3 days, that is not a bad bonus I guess because vacation can refresh their mind and also a time bonding between leader and employee. My father is my idol, I know he is not perfect but suppose one day i run my own business I will adopt his leadership, the way he manage his work and employees. yup we cannot generalize all boss are the same, some is being deaf for critic some is being too discipline with his job. To say that being a boss is an easy thing is totally wrong, one thing that I know that every boss want the best for their institution but not all knows how to comunicate it with the employees. I dont think that a boss would want to ruin his institution but different way can make miscomunication between boss and workers.

yes, remember..the employer is human too so treat them as human.. don`t make your employer like a robot sometimes you must use the human approach..ask them why their performance is not good this month?? maybe there are human reason too..

adhyz -- You are very angry and have had a bad patch of experience recently. Otherwise you are talking about general things politically. A leader is supposed to make a worst situation into a better one and not in the reverse. It may happen both ways. If it is a country that is put in difficulty --people who have elected him are responsible. If it is a company directors are responsible for selecting him. react

Leaders now are not like leaders 20 years ago. I have noticed deterioration of quality in today leadership. I don't know why. Does this happen worldwide or just in our country where many newly rich people have swamped into the world of leadership. Everyone rushed to become a leader without realizing it that they probably have no quality to become one. It seems to me money is the real power here. With it, one can do what he or she want. Many claim to be clever but act stupidly in public.

Hi adhyz: I understand your frustration. These kind of persons are no real leaders. Sometimes people want to take these important charges because they love power but they forget that a good leader has a lot of responsibilities to coordinate a group and at the same time to have good communication abilities. A person who just want to give orders and yell at people is definitely not a good leader. ALVARO

of course my friend the leader like that only reduce the spirit of their man, no doubt.. the problem in the office sometimes is not difficult but if the leader can`t solve good, the easy problem sometimes become the worst situation for the office
