Is it possible to repeat the same blog as a new site on a new platform?

I have a homeopathy related blog on blogger.com where ads are displayed under the banner of Adbrite. But progress of the blog is quite unsatisfactory. It may be that I could not promote it properly. So I have thought of launching a site free of cost with the same content line by line on a new platform that may be either webs.com or weebly.com where I want the ads to be displayed under the banner of Adhitz. Let me know if I do not abandon the existing blog and repeat the same with just change in the URL address and title, would it have any negative effect on the existing blog and the ‘would be’ launched site that is to say, is there any chance of deletion of both? Also, I am interested to know if I can use both Adhitz and Infolinks at the same time.

Creating a new website and copying the exact blog from another site may cause either site to be penalized for copy pasting. The best thing to do is delete the content of your first blog from the previous site and then place it on your new website. Something else you could do is re-writing the content on the new website so that it gives the same message but different wording.

Being that it is something that you own yourself and not something that you are doing under someone else, there is no reason at all that you shouldn't be able to start a new site with the exact same content on it.
I have a lot of digital scrapbooking friends that have moved from one platform to another platform of blog and they will copy everything that they had on their blogs before and they continue to add to the new blogs.

One I can tell you for sure: you can move all your content to another address, just like in real life.
Mean once you put the content in the new "home", old space should be empty - better deleted completely. Else search engines will give your new site penalties for duplicate content.
A good strategy would to build up the new site, cut all the content from old one and put it in new one, then leave in the old one just a simple index page saying
"this site / content / (whatever you had there)
had moved to
http: //........"
Important is that same content to be not simultaneous online on both addresses.

i dont see a reason why u need to recreate same website because your blog is not satisfying... You will have to put another effort to get same result which u already done. if you dont mind me asking, what is the purpose u want to transfer your content to different platform instead of focusing on the current one? I love blog systems and im happy to help u about if i cud understand
