I will be having this summer my OJT Internship so I have to be ready. OJT uniform is prepared and very ready to wear already. I bought new shoes and had my hair straighten. I am supposedly to start last week for the interview but then when I arrived at the workplace, I received a text from my classmate that it was postponed and it is moved next week. My house is so far and I travelled for 2 hours just to reach the destination . I didn't get justice of my effort because of that bad news. So my classmates and I just had a good time going to the mall. So, I guess tomorrow is my big break to start my OJT. I don't feel any excitement or nervousness. I feel nothing. Weird, right? I just want to get it done as much as possible but I have to comply the 200 hours needed. What I just say to myself is good luck. May I have a good time or learn something from this OJT experience.

You should be nervous, because you will be entering an adult world. You have to be more responsible with the task they will give you. But aside from being nervous, you should be more excited because working is quite fun, specially internship. You have little responsibilities and pressure, but you will be able to learn a lot! May I ask what field are you in, here in the office, there a lots of OJT's right now, because it summer vacation. I think they are enjoying their internship because of the free wifi. lol

As for me in my OJT experience now, I am learning how to be responsible and be mature. This is a very good opportunity for me. It is because I will be dealing with people and how to handle them. Although sometimes I get scolded if I make mistakes but I think that is part of it. I have to be open and don't take it seriously. Thanks a lot.

OJT mean On-The-Job Training my friend. It is a subject requirement for college student. One must undergone this kind of activity and use their knowledge base from what they have learned in their degree. I hope I have enlightened you. As of the moment, I am boosting my confidence. Thanks for this Internship for it really helps my confidence to come out naturally. This is a big step for me to be successful.

Dun be nervous, just relax and be yourself ^^ That's a good time for u to gain valuable experience in the working world, so make sure u open your eyes to eye, and ears to listen. Do not expect people to be too kind to u and be prepared to accept harsh reality in life U would have lots to learn from this OJT, dun worry, they are mostly life related experience and u will only realise how much u have learned after the whole thing is over :)Good luck for your OJT ^^

there is no reason why you have to be nervous. it is an on- the- job training and not yet a formal job that offers salary. the aim of the ojt is to provide you a necessary experience to be able to prepare you for a regular job after graduation. it is also the phase of the application of what you have learned in school including the theories and methods. i wish you the best.

Thank you my friend. This is really a very challenging task for me as a student. Aside from that, I take it as an opportunity. I will be learning a lot from this wonderful experience. So far, I am doing very well. In the first week, I committed some mistakes but now, not already. I am so happy.
