phones these days

i think touch screen is better than query keypad or other keypad phones... and this time trend in only touchscreen... it have best resolution and easy and fast use...u can use for internet and entertainment also.... so your kids attract to touch screen phones... even my dad also use touch screen phones...

I think that there is far more emphasis on technology now than there used be a decade ago. Now, children feel as though they always have to have the latest things in order to keep up with the trends at school. I wouldn't say that phones are a waste of money, because they do a lot of things, however if the children want new phones more than every few years then they might not get their money's worth out of them before they decide to get a new one. Your children should save up for their own phone and you could help them to do this by giving them small amounts of money to do jobs around the house.

Indeed because of the fast changing revolution of our technology people were very much affected about this change. The kids now want what is in and on the trend. Since almost everyone are using touch screen phones it envies them to use one too.

Let them pay/work for the things they want. I allways did that. I don't have a computer, but I'm using my smartphone to surf on the web so I can post on mylot :) In my case it's not a waste of money.

Yeah, it's been a trend now. Here in our country, it's like a status symbol. When you have a smartphone or netphone, you are cool and you are in. Having such a device entails responsibility, so I hope you teach your kids proper ethics in using such phones. Good luck!
