I used to manage a retail shop. We stopped it. Now, my company cooperate with a partner to reopen it at an other location with an other manager. This shop manager is an employee of other company but she wants to earn more. So, she rent a shop to sell our products. She'll have commission for what she sold. She said to my boss that we should cut down price because we're only a new brand and our price is too high. We can't competition with other companies. We can't sell much. My boss said us that she was very sensitive ! While this problem was said by me and my sellers before. But my boss said us that it was not problem. We couldn't sell because we were not try the best! I can't understand him! This is the hundredth time he has two other reviewers for the same problems. He always believes that all partners are right; ideas of employees are not value!

Hmm, this sounds like very frustration the problem, tkonlinevn. Have things improved since then? Has your boss started listening more to the employees instead of just to the partners?

Just to the partners. I think that he doesn't like to hear from his employees.

Maybe an employee could do something that really catches his attention? Then he might listen to the employees, or at least to that employee. He seems rather short-sighted not to listen to everyone in his company.
