An import-export employee can earn money much more than others?

My husband is working as an import-export employee at a private company.
Everyone usually said that he must earn very much money when they asked me about his career. In fact, he can earn quite much more than some others, but not too much such as everyone imagine. Besides, he works very hard. He must ride motorbike from this port to other port daily on sunlight days.
How do you think about this job? I like it. I'm going to change to this career with a position in office. Do you think that I can get better income with it?

Your husbands job sounds interesting, tkonlinevn. Is he still riding the motorbike from port to port on sunlight days? What does he do on the days with no sunlight?
What does he import and export?
Have you yet made the change to this career position? If so, how do you like it?

Yes, that's right. This job is really a hard job. My husband must work too much. He import and export many kinds of goods. I would like to change to this job because I can communicate to many different countries, I'll know about laws, people, goods, needs etc... from them. And I think I'll get much more chances to increase my income.
