i had a reoccurring dream about an alien...he has angry at me for some reason...i have no idea why he is angry...:(...anyway..it started like this, first dream, i go to this family gather out in nowhere, suddenly i discover that the destination, a house, lay at ruins and out comes a big humanoid type alien, he was very tall, well-built, like a human but there was no midriff just a skeleton..he was very angry at us and was standing tall at the entrance or something like that.. Next is a same humanoid alien changes into a human form, it was bit hazy but he was with two little girls, kids, both of them can change shape into a very slimy little creatures, but have cat-like meow for a voice when they shift into that creature..anyway, he somehow found them, they take him to there place and he changes into his own self...the same alien like figure...i told this to my friend. coz it was scary he jovial dismissed it..and teased me about it...i almost forgot about this but suddenly remembered it, so do you have this kind of dreams..i am just sharing this..please refrain from bad comments...it would hurt my feeling as i was genuinely got scared because of this "person"...

I've never had a reoccurring dream, but I have had a dream where there was an alien with just a skeleton for a midriff. It wasn't an entirely scary dream but I remember encountering the alien was a scary part of my dream. I ran around trying to tell everyone that their were aliens in our school/dorm (I don't quite remember what it was, but it was some kind of dorm-like environment) but no one believed me. So I waited until everyone was asleep and I killed all the aliens myself. It was a dream I had a long time ago, before I started dreaming journaling. I think I was 9 or 10. The only reason I remember it is because I used to have a video from my home video camera of me telling the dream to my sister. It does sound like a super-scary dream, and I'm not sure why reoccurring dreams happen. I tend to subscribe to the theory that dreams have no symbolic, subconscious, or prophetic meaning, and that they are merely the result of random nerve firings in the brain while we sleep. But reoccurring dreams are one of the holes in that theory. Like I said, I've never had one myself.

Wow, you had a alien dream...that is a surprise this dream came to me when i moved to a new house, and i was terrified of this fact too, that the new house atmosphere is making me nerves..but i guess these dreams are in fact some of your nerves doing over-time...but ya just a thought..thanks for the response..i though i was alone in this world...

Yup, I've had an alien dream. I've had multiple alien dreams but none of them seemed very close to yours except for that one and that was because of the small detail of an alien having a skeleton for a midriff. You know, I've always found that if I'm sleeping somewhere other than my own bed, a new environment such as at a friend's house or in a hotel, I tend to have more vivid dreams. Sometimes they can strike me as overly strange or scary. I've heard similar stories from other people, and I've wondered if it's a widespread dreaming phenomenon. (I think I would need to do a huge survey to see if it were a universal pattern) Maybe the reason you're having scarier, more vivid, or repetitive dreams really is because you're in a new house.

I do have reoccurring dreams but it's not horrifying as yours. They said that dreams are results of our subconscious mind.So if we keep on dreaming something,it may have a root cause. Some people who are having nightmares may have traumatic experiences in their childhood that they wanted to suppress, and it is brought in their presence through dreams. I'm not an interpreter of dreams but I think the alien who keeps haunting you is a stranger, you have encountered in the past. You wanted to visualize his face but you don't really have an idea who he is...You better consult a psychologist or an expert in interpreting dreams.

kareema, you know something, me and my friend played a psycho-analytic game, where he asked me some question and i answered it, he came to the same conclusion as you did, that i was haunted by some stranger during my childhood, but the fact is i had a perfectly normal childhood, never had any problem, except my parent were always fighting with each which they still do, because of over possessiveness, rolleyes

Yes I do get reoccurring dreams and It's not scary things like that, it's just a dream. If its something to worry about it would be where I fall or run in the dark. All I can say is that I dont like it at all when I run and never get to my destination because I always Interpret them for myself and I feel like if I manged to reach my destination then that means whatever I was going through in reality is solved.

I have reoccurring dreams too but not about aliens. I dream more about my high school because I had a pretty rough experience back then. The dream is never meaningful because I appear in my school compound, and everything seems very much real .I walk around and just when one of the old days" buries approaches, i wake up in my bed all drenched in sweat.

I'm a dreamer. I always remember my dreams every time I wake up and yes I have recurring dreams too. They are of all types. Nightmares, romance, about places that I feel most comfortable with. From the time that I was a child until now, I find comfort in my dreams. I don't know what it means when we have recurring dreams. I guess they just tell us what we have in our subconscious.
