How to withdaw money from moneybookers in India?

I write for expertscolumn and was happy to request a payout but recieved a shock when I was redirected to start a moneybookers account in order to receive my hard earned money. I created an account and entered my bank's swift a.k.a. IFSC code but it says the bank is not recognized. Now how do I withdraw the money and even then we can purchase through eBay but that is not very welcoming, I think paypal is much better. moneybookers also has hidden fees. Has anyone in India solved this problem? Please tell me.
