Hi myLotters! I've been wanting to go to the gym for longest time ever. I work graveyard before, so I never had the chance to enroll to a fitness club. I felt like I have to have a lot of sleep to keep up with the demands of my job. Now that I'm working dayshift, I made it a point to finally go for my goal and take care of my body. I really feel good exercising, my ultimate goal it to gain weight or rather build my muscle. I want to improve my stamina, so I can join fun runs and other activities that are physically demanding. Aside from this, I feel like I'm more happier and just really positive since I started going the gym. I'm convinced that this will give me a healthy mind. Would you agree?

I agree with you. If you don't have time ot og to the gym you could buy a wiifit plus and then you could excercise when you want to without leaving the house.. even go jogging on the spot while watching another channel

Nice! that's another great option. That's economical as well, a great way to save money. You can manage your time better and be more consistent in exercising regularly. There are days though that I just want to stay home, but thanks to the free sauna at the gym, it motivates me to workout more.
