where can i get the cord for my laptop to hook up to my tv

It depends on your laptop. A lot have an S-video output, in which case you can just get an s-video cable and hook that up to either your TV directly(if it supports it), or an RF modulator(like you would use for a DVD player), and then hook the modulator up to your TV. If you don't have the s-video output, you'll need a scan converter.
