What kind of people only come out at night ?

A lot of you would say that only freaks come out at night, but I can tell you that when the only woman that I ever loved broke my heart, I start going out at night around 3:00 a.m. and just sit in the park at the darkness all alone and smoke cigarettes and drink vodka. It sound pathetic, but it makes me relax and peaceful. Do you think that that makes me one of the freaks who you can see in the night ?

I wouldn't say that because your going out at night that it makes you a freak. It just means that's when you feel comfortable going out. It doesn't sound like your going out and causing trouble your just sitting at the park. Would be different if you were causing trouble and bothering other people.

Hello amyaeric, well that's true, but I think that for other people who doesn't know me and even for me and I'm sure that for you too - If you see some guy sitting at the park all alone at 3:00 a.m. wouldn't you think him as a freak ? Well, I would. And I'm sure a lot of people would. A lot of people who doesn't causing trouble or bothering other people are considered as freaks, just because they do something that most of the society would never do. The society is very harsh t? those people. I wouldn't go at the park at 3:00 am now definitely, I was a bad place then and it has an relaxing effect on me. By the way, thank you for the post.

hey the term goes, "the freaks come out at night", but how would one know unless they were out there, right. lol. if you are supposed to be in the house at 3:00 am, so am i, right. so, who ever thinks the freak comes out at night...it takes one to know one. i think it's perfectly normal to be out at 3:00am, but then again i am an insomniac. lol.

I think that there are a lot of people who only go out at night, and it gives people a chance who are very shy and nervous around other people to get things done that they really need to. My partner goes shopping in the middle of the night but that's just because he likes to get the bargains from the things that haven't sold during the day. I wish that I could go with him once in a while and save myself some money, but if I'm being honest I would much rather be able to catch up on my sleep rather than get a bargain.

My sister used to go out during at night when she was younger coz she didn't like the heat from the sun. hehehehhe It was kinda weird of her coz we always called her a vampire coz she slept during the day and went out at night with her friends. :D

You are not a freak, you are broken. I actually understand your situation. Darkness can make a person feel relaxed and peaceful. The ambiance of night makes all emotions fly all over and the cool breeze embraces you as if it’s offering comfort. Night is magical, sometimes some don’t find it like that, but I really find it calming.
