Hi Resy,
Well, I'm not a call Center agent but I do work in customer service and I love it. It's the people that make the job interesting and fun. Only once in a while do I run into issues with grumpy customers and that can be a little trying but luckily for me, it doesn't happen often. I like my job.

Yeah.. There are some gustomers which has all the complaints in the world but it is a lot more rewarding when you pacify them and give them extra time to work on their issues resloving them.
At some times I find this work enjoyable because of the unussual calls that we're getting. Out of the blue these may come up during our work. We also make mistake at times; oftem nispromounced words and such. What's good about it is; if it is recorded; they you got some blopper inhouse jokes in the office among co-workers. But of course for serious matters; it is not something to laugh at. Being balanced; our work has spices and fun =)

Well, even though this discussion would be considered nil to some of the people I work with, I would consider myself a Call Center agent and one who works with people as well. I have been with the job I am with now for almost 6 yrs. It does have it's ups and downs, but I answer calls and help people get cabs. It can be a upsetting job at times, and wish I had more control but it does have its rewards from time to time as well.

Yes; I agree. there are some things that you consider as rewards even for some they just find it an ordinary thing. Like for instance; If you're fond of answering concerns regarding cab reservation and helping them during that moment they need it; if it is rewarding for you then you should continue it. As long as you're enjoying; you should pursue what you love to do. Happy Mylotting Krause =)
