christmas - christmas to you
If they were of age to get one it wouldn't worry me at all as i have 4 myself but if they were underage i would be sitting them down and having a big talk...

If they were over 18, then I would ask what they were drinking or smoking when they let someone put that tattoo on them... hahaha

Yes, it is humorous, but what would possess someone to mar their bodies in this fashion?

I agree that it depends on the age of the child. Are they aware that this is great now but maybe not so funny when they are 40 and working as an executive somewhere? At least it is on the stomache so it can be hidden if need be. By the way I have a small tattoo on my lower back that I got when I was 40. It was something that I thought about for a long time and has great meaning for me.

Depends how old my child was! If they were under 18 I would go mad at any tattoo, but over 18 then its up to them.

Yes, it is their bodies, but a tatoo in my mind is permanent until the day you die. I would be furious if my child came home at any age sporting a tatoo or weird piercings. Call me old fashioned or a prude, I don't care. Quoting my deceased Father " If God wanted you to have it, you would have been born with it. "

I would laugh histerically AT him and then look into getting tatoos removed.

I wouldn`t like to have my child a tattoo like that!(my presumed child, because I haven`t got one now!) Don`t understand me wrong! I think that this tattoo is very cool! But isn`t for my child! (oh...if that child of mine would have over 18 years old, it would be all right!)

I find tattoos gross. So, if the child was still living with me, they would not be allowed to have one. Especially if the child is a girl. There is nothing lady-like about tattoos. It is so un-natural, all that poison going into your system, can't be good for you. The child may think it is cool now, but wait till they want to marry, or just get older. It won't be so cool then. What is the attraction of having tattoos? It used to be a guy thing, to be macho. A lot of gang members have tattoos. I don't think I could say here what I would say to my child if they came home sporting any tattoo.

Looks good to me. I imagine it was painful, especially in that area of the body.
