My sleep has been terrible lately

I thought it was from too much coffee and not sleeping together with hubby but now I'm not sure what it is. Maybe, my sleep pattern is changing because I only have a very few hours of deep sleep the rest of the time I can't fall into a deep sleep only light or just resting but thinking and feeling a little stressed because my heartbeats are too fast for being at rest, I think. Anyway, it's a form of insomnia. I know lots of people suffer with it. My husband sleep patterns have been strange for years , he sleeps for an hour then up and down to the bathroom to piddle and he talks in his sleep and moves around a lot. I feel a bit depressed too, lately and that may be affecting my sleep patterns also. Your thoughts, my lot , friends.

I've been in that situation before with my ex, he sleeps like he don't have a mate, and it affects me too, I'm a light sleeper only little moves I almost woke up. Maybe because of stress also, but when we got separated my sleep condition change. I can sleep easily and no interruption just because I don't have beside me. Only my dog climb on my bed .

My dog sleeping with me is almost better than my hubby at least he doesn't thrash around all night. He's is so comforting to me that I actually sleep better.

I don't have fibromyalgia but my friend does and I do feel sorry for you because it's painful and I can see how it would disturb your sleep. I know I can't sleep if I have pain which I do sometimes but mine is arthritis pain.

Oh I think that being depressed can definitely cause you to have trouble with your sleep patterns. Stress can really mess things up too. There are some people that can go just fine on a couple hours of sleep but I am one that needs 7-8 hours to be my best.

I get an insomnia when I'm stressed out and bothered or distracted. When I feel relaxed I have a deep sleep..but it seldomly happens coz i'm always stressed out on little things..
