Hi friends, Good eating habits are very important in our life, no one can deny it. A healthy breakfast is also very important to start our day. people ( doctors, nutritionists etc) say that, we should have a heavy breakfast, with milk, and fruits and all other stuff, which makes us active and we should take a low calorie food. But eating only fruits and having milk every day is very boring, friends what are your ideas of an ideal healthy breakfast? do suggest/share some of them. thank you

if you are an active type of person or simply someone who always goes out to work or to school, it doesn't hurt to eat a lot even though it's rice. You could eat a little during lunch and dinner but do not deprive yourself of eating a lot during breakfast since it would provide you ample energy throughout the day and you were right about mentioning a heavy one. It is good to have eggs in the morning too since it is protein and eating it once a day would be good for your health. You can also replace milk with a chocolate drink since it would boost your energy especially one that contains real cocoa or malt. If you'd like to eat other healthy stuff, you could also go for tuna flakes in oil or any kind of fish you'd prefer whether it's in can or fresh. For me, I always eat rice in the morning and eggs would always be a pair with it then i just change from fish to chicken or whatever i would feel eating aside from what i have mentioned. 30 minutes before my meal I also drink warm water since they said it would make your metabolism good before any food intake. I drink milk, chocolate or fruit juices in the morning and eat bananas after a meal since it makes me feel good after eating one. I hope this would help you prashu228. :) happy mylotting!

you have a very healthy diet plan. what do you suggest for anaemic patients, who feel tired and become weak after every small work they do.

I forgot to mention, if i don't eat rice i go for oatmeal and add some bananas to it since it makes it more delicious. you could also eat bread once in a while preferably wheat.

i was very anemic before that's why i had super pale lips. what i could suggest is eating chicken liver since it is a common remedy to anemic people or if you don't like the taste of liver that much (like me :P) you could go for iron supplements since anemia is an iron deficiency or better yet try eating beef or beef soup especially the bone marrow. i hope this would help. i'm not a professional so if you have second thoughts consult your doctor. :)

An ideal healthy breakfast consists of all the kinds of foods. It should contain all the nutrients like protein, carbohydrates, fats, and vitamins and minerals. Brown rice is better than white rice. Wheat bread is better than ordinary bread. You can have brown rice with fish, orange juice and a banana. That sounds like a healthy breakfast. The fish is for protein, orange juice is rich in vitamin C, and banana is rich in potassium.

Well, it depends. Some people want to eat a heavy breakfast so that it would last until lunch. And some people want to have a light breakfast.

My everyday breakfast is not ideal at all. I just eat bread with cheese and drink tea or coffee. They said that breakfast is the most important time when we should eat right amount of food for us to have enough energy through the day. Well, maybe an ideal breakfast for me is food with carbohydrates (bread/pasta), proteins (milk), vitamin rich food which will be the fruits.

Well, there is health to consider. If you and your family have health problems, you have to know what kind of food is best for you and what food you should take in less. Then you could always eat varieties of food. you don't have to eat the same meal every morning, in fact, many nutritionist suggest that eating a wide variety of food is ideal because you can get many vitamins and minerals, etc. from all the kinds of food you eat. You can buy a cook book also, that will help you creatively cook or prepare food that is both nutritious. It will keep things interesting and you will learn a lot of things too. Hope that helped.

I'd say the ideal depends on what you like to eat, and how many calories you're aiming for. I eat hard boiled eggs for breakfast, and if I don't have time for that, a granola bar.

Well, breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day because it support you the whole day through until lunch. But for me, lunch is just making me more sleepy after the meal. But for breakfast you would have to take foods that contains energy like milk, eggs, and etc.. For me usually i will take a toast break with tuna/sardine or just some blueberry. But i am not a fan of milk, so i will just take a hot tea, coffee, or just plain water that is not too hot or cold. There's a lot of healthy breakfast choices like oatmeal, cereal, and etc. If you're going to have a healthy breakfast, McDonald breakfast meal are 100% to be avoided. It's best just to take 2 half cooked eggs and a glass of milk, if you're still thirsty, take plain water instead of more milk.
