One of the healthy life habits in the house is that you regularly open the windows in your house in order that the air pollution inside the house can flow out of the house. New furniture and newly painted walls emit something that may be dangerous for your health. Make sure that your bed covers are not made of polyester and nylon materials.Have the safer ones like the ones made of organic coton materials.
Also be careful with your cooking appliances. The ones made of Teflon usually emit dangerous steam into the air. Use the ones made of stainless steel instead.
After driving your car, you'd better cool down the machine outside the garage for 1 or two hours.
Use the low-watt light bulb for your bedroom. Choose the red light instead of blue or white. There are still other ways of being healthy at home that you probably know. Please share it here.

Our way of living or having a healthy life are diverge in nature well maybe certain family makes sure to have a balanced diet at least in a day as long as it suits their budget since nowadays food is a bit expensive.Others do exercise to become thin to achieve their desired weight. On the other hand others indulge in leisure activities that they think that it can benefit them physically and mentally but perhaps no matter what kind of actions your doing as long as you think that is healthy do it don't barred yourself from doing so.

Of all ways mentioned, i'm doing just one of it, opening windows in house for better ventilation. where lights are concerned, we are using energy saving bulbs and that should keep us healthy as well? Cooking appliances wise, we used to have teflon products but we changed it due to high cost, not because of dangerous stem emitted. Other ways of living healthy in the house is to stay clear or minimize radiation from appliances to even cellphones.
