I don't know whether this is true or not. If we urinate today, the urine is not the water that we have drunk today. The water we drink will remain in the body for 10-50 days. After 10 - 50 days, the water will flow out of the body in the form of urine or sweat. What's your take on this?

I don't think so. If water is able to stay in our body for 10-50 days, how do we experience dehydration even if we don't sweat? Water we drank for the water will pass out on the same day, we are able to see the difference in our urine color. If we are not drinking enough, urine tends to be yellowish or thick, but if we are drinking consistently throughout the day, immediately we can see our urine becomes clear and smooth. As such, how is it possible for water to remain in our body for 10-50 days?

Good thinking Sanitary. That seems like a logical truth about this. I was also curios how can water remains in our body for 10-50 days. I hope there is an article that elaborates about this information.

Yanza, your information sounds quite interesting fact. In fact, i never knows about this fact until you publish here. Care to share more info about this matter here? As for me, i always thought that the water that we had drank earlier came out the same day as we drank it. Hope you can check out more info and share here.

I got the info from a doctor's discussion and she said most of are not aware that water has to remain in the body for 10-50 days. The water we drink today replenishes the old one. However, I still need to find other info regarding this.

I'm curious as to whether that's the truth as well! It does, however, make me feel like I need to start drinking more water!

I still think that the water we drink today will flow out in the form of urine and sweat. If we drink a lot of water, the colour of urine will be close to resemble water only a little light yellow. I presume it is today's water.

I think, like food, water stays in our body for just a few days.. it takes 2 days for food to travel and go out of our body..maybe water takes less than that since it doesn't have much to break down..

I don't really think this is what's happening to us everyday. Every time when i drink a lot of water, I would be going to the toilet really soon and urinated some of.those water. I think we urinate the excessive water we drink right after a moment. Of course those urine brimg.along some of our body waste ay the same time. The filtering process happens so fast that it seems to be the water we just took.
