Completing Cash Offer

Does any one in this site knows about Mybrowsercash. Please enlighten me about the cash offer in their money earning scheme. I am a standard member of Mybrowsercash and i followed all their instruction regarding completing offer for cash, like clearing all my browser cookies. But every time i click the completing offer cash and selecting offer category it seems that it is not loading. Can you complete a cash offer even though your membership is standard? Or do you have to upgrade your membership to silver or gold so that you can participate and complete cash offer? thanks guys...

I checked again, but discovered that there were no offers for my country again. There are some tasks and offers at many international sites that are not offered for every country.

I just check it right now, and it says there daily survey available in my country, but there is no link to start with, how is that. But do you think you could complete a cash offer even though you are a free member? Thanks Marguicha
