lately, i have been hearing alot about the lost years of jesus. so, i did some research online and found some literature and video about the subject. it seems that jesus does have some missing years not accounted for in the bible. this make sense, because all the bible mentions is the birth of jesus, then nothing else about him again in until adulthood (in his thirties). this i never paid attention to until someone brought it up to me. here is the link to a site that basically fills in blanks about the lost years of jesus. don't get me wrong. i am not saying that i am buying into it. the verdict is still out. here is the link: http://reluctant-messenger.com/issa.htm
you read it a decide for yourself. i would also appreciate if you share any links you may have on the subject. i heard also (haven't done the research yet), that the dead sea scrolls tells of the lost years of jesus. interesting tid bit about jesus that came my way is that he was married and had children.
what is your take on this. give my your opinion, links, ect. thank in advance for your post.

To be honest I am sceptical, Jesus was a Jewish carpenter who stayed in his father's carpentry business. It is believed that his father passed away and so it was assumed that He continued with the business and supported His family like any ordinary Jewish man would do, since they're very much family-oriented.

ah! another good point. thank you so much. so, you are saying that they just left the part out about the "lost years", because it would have been redundant? this is something else i have never thought about. on the other hand, why didn't they just mention that during the years of his childhood, adolescents he did what any other ordinary person did at the time, in the place? you Do bring up a good point though, don't get me wrong.

this is probably true. it's not like he talked to them much about his childhood. perhaps jesus thought that it wasn't an important issue either.
