Hi
Some sites like blogger allow to make free blogs which is like giving free web hosting. But you will not get the standard domain name for free. It will be always like sub domain.
And as I know, mostly no site give free domain name without their benefit. So some how it will be not good for your site. There are many spammers on the internet so better we don't fall for any spamming. Take care.

i think there are several such free webhosting providers..
all u need to do is create an account and write some stuff(posts),but u will have share with them the revenues for allowing hosting.The only good thing is that they will do the SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION.U need not worry about such stuff.I can name one such provider,weebly.I suggest you to go for blogging and when u get paid for your effort,no sharing.Later buy ur own domain name...

That's why I am looking for free domain so I can use it for learning tool yet know how are the huger difference between paid and free domain

im not sure about a free domain, but i have heard of free blogs, but the closet thing to free domain is freezone.co.uk

free domain? there is no any free domain out there. you should rent or purchase it. but you can get it cheaper in some way. try to purchase it from www.webs.com or you can you subdomain, it is absolutely free.
