It can be a rather harsh chore and a rather steady climb for any number of reasons. I think that there are times where we have to just change our entire outlook on life to really accomplish much of anything and to say that is going to be a chore would be putting it in the most mild of manners. Especially if we have undo years of things that we have done. The best advice that I can give is to not get too ambitious too quickly about your weight loss. If you try to think about losing too much weight at once, you will be tempted to fall back into old habits. And thus you will fall back off of the wagon. That is why most people fail because they think it is going to be easy. They got to think small, they got to think manageable. Then when they goal is done, move onto the next small and manageable milestone, until YOU are at a level that YOU feel comfortable with. But expecting too much and trying to deprive yourself too much will lead to problems

You can eat all fruits and vegetables- there are a lot of diet practices out there you can try out. You don't really have to starve yourself to become thinner.. You just have to eat foods rich in fiber and drink lots f water.

I was in your situation a year ago. Losing weight doesn't mean you don't have to eat. There are ways on how to lose weight without suffering from hunger. I am going to tell you my way of losing weight. 1. Do walking exercise everyday for 1 to 2 hours in the morning after you wake up and in the afternoon. 2. In the morning, you have to do walking exercise first before you eat breakfast. 3. In breakfast eat healthy foods like eggs, fruits, vegetables, and less carbohydrates. You can also eat oat meal. try to do this everyday and within 3 months you will see changes you can't imagine.

Losing weight is very hard especially if the end result is not instant. It takes time and sacrifice when we commit to lose weight. Other factor is our will to limit our food intake even if we still love to eat more. Exercises makes us hungry and by that time, we should control on what to eat and the amount we eat.

Losing weight is one of the hardest things you can do, especially once you get older. I struggled with my weight all my life and it took ironically the stress of divorcing my ex husband for me to loose over 100 pounds. That was over 4 years ago and I have kept it off. The key for me was that I did alot walking, walked everyday weather permitting and I ate tell I was full. I also cut back on my sweets, as i am an avid sweet junkie ;) You don't have to neccessarly give up the foods you like to eat. It takes time, but you will evedutally see progress. Also,I was like you I wanted to be beautiful and constantly stressed at how i looked when i was heavier. But I finally come to accept who i was, I will never be a size 4 and I am happy with that. I am beautiful person inside and out. Accept and love who you are. If you want to lose weight that is fine, but do it only for health reasons not because you feel your not beautiful or popular. Either everyone can accept for who you are or not, but don't give them sasitfication of making you feel like your not worth anything because of your weight. Because you are!

Start with accepting yourself the way you are. Get focused on what is beautiful on you! We all have that. Write down what you eat so you can figure out if you have a lack of something. If you feel hungry write down what you eat at that moment. Might be your body is asking for a special kind of food. Be honest to yourself, which weight will be acceptable for you? Is there an other way you can make yourself shining first too? (new hairdress, clothes, other way of walking, more self esteem, etc). What kind of eater are you? Do you eat because of stress, always at the end of the day? Don't buy fastfood or sweeties, potato chips, soda etc, so you at least have to go out to buy if you do feel hungry. Drink a lot (green tea is great for the skin as well). Try to change your habits, each week a little bit and don't feel down if it won't work. Each day is a new day, new change and it takes time to change. Reward yourself each time you kept your word to yourself.
