Have you heard of the Green Barley? A food Supplement and a herbal medicine for all the common illness we have. I was attracted to try it in the family as I have a hypertension my nephew has a cyst at the throat, my brother has gall bladder stone, skin allergies and my daughter has a dismenorhia. I am going to try Barley then. Watching what I eat is the most difficult one. I start looking at food label, and most food contains high sodium, which is not good for hypertension.

Where can i practically see this? What country? I suffer a lot every month. I see to it i have pain reliever reserve. The pain make me faint and irritated for the entire day. I get tired of taking medicines every month, i worried so when i found out that exercising prevents Dismenorhia it became a hobbit.
