This week, a 10 year old shot his 7 year old playmate after kids' argument. Minors are seen on tv opening a car's door in front of traffic and take all the valuable belongings and even hit the owner in any way they can escape. Juvenile crime is getting high. A person is considered this until he or she is 17 years old which means he cannot be put in jail and will only go through rehabilitation. They are planning to pass a law which change the 17 to 9year old and the kid can be sentenced to jail. Are u in favor of this? Can u give your opinion on this matter? Thank u

I can't seems to agree with that. The reason they made underage kids doing crime called juvenile and sent to to the rehabilitation is because they want to change the kid perspective of view and try to change. If you don't know, people actually do change after making such mistake, just not all of them do. Because the kids are doing what they do is because the old people fault and not theirs. They were teach to do those things since they were born and maybe they were thinking that this is life.

Due to the deteriorating moral fibers in society nowadays, these scenarios involving minors are more rampant than ever. Blame it in poverty, lack of education, and probably the government system itself. Lowering the age liability would do more harm than good to kids as imagine the traumatic experience would have to go through being jail, and i think custodial rehabilitation should still be a better alternative.
