Mostly online payment solutions such as alertpay, paypal, moneybookers, etc can be use to receive money. But we can't withdraw our balance into our bank account before we verified that. Online payment however can be use for financial crime or money laundering. That's why they need verification to make sure who is using their services. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Yes - but you will not be able to withdraw it.
You can only use for other online payments on sites which accept Alertpay.

Hi smile moon: The answer is yes. I've been an Alertpay member for years and I have never had a problem with that. At the same time you could be eligible to request your Prepaid Debit Card on Alertpay so you can cash out your money in your country and use it as real money.
