Swimming Ferrets

I have two ferrets, Sugar and Spice. The other day we put them in their play pen while cleaning out their cage and we placed a bowl of water in with them. Their cage was going through a major sterilization. For the first time ever they got into their bowl and acted like they were swimming it it. They played and played in the water. They were so cute. Do your ferrets like to swim? I was thinking of getting a small baby pool for them, as the weather is getting warmer and I think they would enjoy it. Good idea or bad? What do you think?

That is absolutely the cutest thing.
I personally don't have any ferrets as pets, but we do have them at the local shelter I volunteer at.
She loves playing but she doesn't get as much attention as she deserves. She tends to bite you even when you are feeding her.
My SIL has been coming to play with her, and this behaviour has been changing completely. I hope eventually someone will adopt her as she's been at the shelter for awhile now.
