What about earning money from home?

So basically this has been on the internet for a long time specifically making money online. There are tons of websites offering people to use their service such as PTC sites to earn money. I'm not so sure if this is the best alternative way apart from selling stuff online. What are the risks that I should be preparing? What are the best software or sites for making money online?

there are a lot of scam sites also you should not have to pay any money to make money on like that should bring up a big red flag, there are a few sites i belong to and make money from 2 of them i cashed out twice this month so far . i have no clue what software there is but i would be careful downloading anything
