Pakistani player in IPL-5???

HI friends,
It has been really exciting from Azhar Mahmood.He was playing well against RCB.When Azhar is allowed to play in IPL-5,why the Pakistani players are not allowed to play in IPL.India has been friendly with its neighboring countries except Pakistan.India has cut off sports ties with Pakistan.Why is there some hesitations for IPL in allowing Pakistani players.It will bring more and more excitements for IPL.As they are good in bowling,there will be few turning points.Pakistan has been playing with hockey with India but not cricket that's unfair??Azhar Mahmood scored well .He hit 33 runs from 14 balls.

Azhar got English citizenship to play for the IPL this year, which I think was the best decision ever, because I watched him play in the English Domestic league and the Bangladesh Premier league, and he was just phenomenal.
Its a shame that he had to wait so long to get his first game. Cant wait to see his performances in the remaining few games!

If a Pakistani player wants to play in IPL,then he should take an English citizenship.Yeah,I watched him plying in English and Bangladesh soil.He was just amazing and phenomenal.He is a clean striker of the ball.HE is also handy with the ball.It is really a shame for the Indian government.India has been playing with Pakistan in other sports but not cricket.It is pure politics.The Government is so selfish.Most of the government officials tend to watch cricket but not others,why?
Its because of old ministers.We need youthful government to abolish these sorts of things.Anyway,Azhar needs to make a great impact on IPL.

Yes azhar did made a good entry in the IPL from Punjabs team as he had been playing a lot of matches in the english county.Azhar has englands passport thats why he was allowed to play in the IPL.It is a big loss in IPL that the other pakistani players are not allowed to play here as we have already seen that how the pakistan players played good in the recently concluded Bangladesh Premier League.I am also not able to understand that all the players from other sports are allowed to play in India but only in cricket they are not allowing them to come here.
As azhar is a pakistani by birth thats why they allowed azhar to come here after 10 days since IPL started.i think he is going to put more impact in IPL if given chance as he was replaced by the injured adam gilchirist.

Hi Sud,
Azhar made a brilliant knock on that night with superb strikes.He played intelligently.Even though he is an English man how can he be allowed to play in IPL.His origin is from Pakistan.India has been playing with Pakistan in other sports but not cricket.It is pure politics.The Government is afraid of its opposition parties.Of course,in our country most of the people tend to watch cricket.They have no interest in other sports such as Hockey,squash,etc.That's why Pakistani players are not allowed to play in India if it is a cricket game.Our Government needs to be sacked.Hope there will be a turn out in the coming years.

Yes, finally we see a Pakistani player in IPL and it is really good to see him play. And he has had an immediate impact on the game with his bat as he smashed 33 runs in 14 balls to give Kings XI a decent chance against RCB.
But Azhar also had to face issues to play in this IPL. His visa clearance took longer and that meant he had to miss out on the first 4 games of Kings XI Punjab.

Hi Ram,
Pakistani players are mostly allrounders.Even if they fail with bat they will succeed with the ball.It is one of the characters of the Pakistani players.Finally,we were able to see Azhar play in IPL.He brought great excitement to the match he played against RCB.His knock was really mind blowing with some improvisations.Yeah,he had some visa problems which delayed him from playing 4 games.His arrival must have created a spirit in Kings XI Punjab.Hope Pakistani players play in the next season of IPL.

He is now england citizen that is the only reason he is allowed to play in IPL....though he is from pakistan...............IPL would be better if pakisatni players play in it...but deu to mumbai attack,indian government srtictly prohibited any cricket relationship with pakistan...their players can't play in IPL...they were in IPL-1 but afterwards they are banned...

His origin is from Pakistan.According to India,no Pakistani player should play in their sports.But how Azhar was allowed to play in this year's IPL.I know that he is now an Englishman.Mumbai terror attacks disturbed the relationships between the two countries.But India played Pakistan in the semi-final match of the Asia cup which was held in India.I don't think that is fair.Of course,Pakistani players would create a great impact on IPL if they were allowed to play.It is one of the minus of this year's boring IPL.

Yes. it would be cool if Pakistan players played in IPL. But with current conditions it would be too risky, as it would be raised as a problem by certain mean politicians. I agree they are good players and we miss out their action.

Hi Ravi,
Yes,politicians would make that as a big issue.Already they are waiting for chances to criticize the Indian government.If India allows them to play,then surely then the Indian government will be severely criticized by the opposition parties.They will be supported by other parties.Hope they play in the next season of IPL.

Yes. azhar mahmood played a super innings for Punjab and made them reach 163. Pakistani players are not allowed to play in India after Mumbai terror attack. i dont think that India and Pakistan hockey is played in India. after Mumbai terror attack, both countries stopped there coordination in sports.
Azar mahmood got chance to play in IPL because he is now a England citizen.
I agree with your view that Pakistan players should be allowed to play in IPL as it brings more excitements and we will be able to watch the play of some great players like afraidi, umar akmal, gul, ajmal etc.
I hope we will be able to watch the in IPL from next season as the both government are interested in building the relation again.

Absolutely,Mahmood played a superb innings for Punjab.He has smashed RCB bowlers very well.I know that he is an England citizen.But his origin is in Pakistan.How does India allow him to play in IPL?Doesn't it look unfair.I think you were not watching hockey.There was Asia cup in India.Both India and Pakistan played the semi-final.I am very happy that you have agreed with me.Pakistani players are good in bowling.We could see some brilliant turnouts in T20 cricket.Hope they play in the next IPL season.

I think Pakistani players should be allowed to play in IPL. I would like to see Afridi in the IPL. I think Azhar Mohammod is a very good player and he got into IPL by being qualifying for England citizenship. I think Azhar Mohammood should play for Ireland rather than England since developing countries need some good players to play in the top level.

Not only you,all the cricket fans are eagerly waiting for the Pakistani players to play in IPL.It will provide great entertainment and excitement for the cricket fans.Yeah,you are right he should have played for Ireland.Ireland needs some experienced player like Azhar.Afridi did well in other T20 leagues.Hope they play in the next season of the Indian Premier League.
