I don't use hot water of course and I also don't comb my hair when it is still wet. Regarding the shampoo I just can't find a good one that I can use for so long. For now I use Pantene. The stress? it can't be avoided there's always stress right?

Hi vycess First, stress can be avoided and it is your own personal call to be stressed or be without stress. For the hairfall prevention, try using fresh lemon juice and even eggs. The lemon would get rid of dandruff if you have any and the eggs would provide proteins and nourish the hair. It is a long term thing and yo would have to go with it for at least 6 months - weekly twice. And yes, you do know the important secret - stay stress free! Trust me, it is simpler and easier than being in stress.

Thesids, I want to thank you for your sharing about the lemon juice and eggs. We don't really have lemon in our town but probably I'll try eggs. I have a curly hair but now it is rebonded. Leaving here in middle east makes my hair so stress. With the hot water and heat temperature. It is getting worse and I am so scared to loss my hairs proteins. Thanks for your tip. I'll try the egg when I come back to my home country.

Use a good, organic shampoo. The "mainstream" shampoos contain a lot of nasty ingredients that really aren't good for you and that aren't doing your hair any good. White vinegar is also good for cleansing the hair. I only recently found out about this particular use for white vinegar; however, I long ago decided that it is an absolute household must. It has a multitude of uses--from scrubbing (combing with baking soda and warm water) to laundry. You also should evaluate your diet. While stress is likely playing a large role in your problem; diet may also be contributing to the issue. As for the stress itself, try to find a little bit of time each day to do something that helps to relieve the stress--journaling, writing poetry, yoga, meditation, soothing music. Even if you can only get 10 or 15 minutes of time, it should help. If all of that doesn't work, it is time to see a doctor to make sure that there isn't a medical condition that is causing this.

Everyone loses lots of hairs every day. When your hair is long, the hairs are more noticeable, but not abnormal. Washing or not washing your hair makes no difference. Now, if you are seeing bald spots, you need to go to a dermatologist. There are several conditions that can cause extensive hair loss.

Unless you have a serious illness in most cases the hair will come back. Hair fall problems can be caused by a change in hormons (pregnancy, delivering baby, medication), after an operation, lots of stress (not the normal kind of stress which everybody has), lack of food (necessary vitamines/minerals) or allergies. Normally speaking there will be no shampoo that will cause this. Also it's hard for me to believe you can't find an other shampoo there are over 100 different kinds of shampoo. Also hair fall will not be caused by combing your hair (it's normal to lose hair daily btw) or hot water. I don't know how much stress you have, if you eat different too or ... but try not to get focused on it if you know you have not a serious illness and this is the side effect of it. Mostly it's temporary even if it's caused by a lot of stress and you wouuld be nearly bold. The hair will come back if you feel better or your hormons are more in balance.

It could be from stress. Try not washing your hair twice a week or try using mild shampoo. Massage your hair with coconut oil or aloe vera for 10-15 minutes and leave it for an hour.

yes, stress really cannot be avoided. i do believe in that... and what you need is vitamins for your hair and if Pantene does not work for you, maybe you can try Dove for your hair(they have damage control and for me, it was really part of the issues i had in my hair because of chemicals, rebonding and the likes... so if i would dry my hair in fan... hairs would be falling in front of me! with dove(so far) its been lessened and i do not pick up strands anymore when i comb my hair. =) its been better.

Stress may be one of the reasons for the hair fall so you have to get out of the same. Eating healthy and balanced food has an important role to play in the hair growth. Rub/massage your head with your finger tips everyday for 15 minutes will increase the blood circulation and it really helps to hair growth. Try to reduce the use of shampoo or use the mild one. Egg is a good cleanser but the smell may last for two days if you use the whole egg (then you don’t need shampoo to clean your hair and head). Eat plenty of leafy vegetables and pulses. Of course you should be in a relaxed mood. I think you will see the difference within in a short period of time.

Do you shampoo your hair everyday? You can lose 100 hair strands a day. Is your hair oily?

If you're living a stressful life, it is likely to suffer from physical symptomes, such as this. I have the soame problem. Now I'm using the shampoo for thinning hair from the Bonacure Hairtherapy line from Schwarzkopf... unfortunately it isn't making my hair really lush, but keeps it okay, stops falling too much. Have you got checked it with a dermatologist or a specialist? Maybe there could be other problems, and they could help.

You can try using curd and lime to prevent hair fall. Curd is effective in treating dandruff also. Instead of a chemical based shampoo, you can use herbal shampoos. Henna also helps in treating hair fall.

I think you should try to avoid stress as far as possible. I think you should try a good head massage with some hot oil and this will help to prevent hair falls. Good 30 minutes head massage will makes the hair roots strong and also helps to keep the head cool and also helps to prevent hair falls.
