I just heard on Good Morning America. The interviews and the book orders have been cancelled!
Over 40,000 copies cancelled. And the books that are out in route. Are being called back.
The video of the interview, has been destroyed.
But money has exchanged hands. O. J. kept his part of the bargain. And he was paid for his story.
Which was three and one half million dollars. Only the money from the sale of the book, will he be losing.

I was so pleased when I heard that both the book deal and the interview had been cancelled. It was an extremely bad decision to allow them to go ahead initially but as he wasn't the one who cancelled everything, he is supposedly going to be allowed to keep the money. He should have to pay it to the families of those killed, or in the very least invest it for his own children. He personally should not be able to use or access the money.

I'm quite glad that the book has been cancelled. And I'm not really sure how I feel about the money. First, he said that he wasn't going to be getting the money, at least- he wasn't going to be getting it in a way that it could be taken from him. The deal was for the book, that's why he got the money, but it doesn't make any sense to me. He doesn't deserve the money, in fact, he never deserved to have the deal in the first place. I'm still disgusted by the entire incident, but there's really nothing that can be done. OJ has the sort of lawyers that know how to get him out of trouble, as we've seen in the past. But I feel, that if he's allowed to keep the money, then the court should force him to use it, to start putting a small dent in all of the money that he owes from his last big court case.
