Who wants ham?

I've stopped running. Why? Not because i'm worried i'll get some injuries from it but because my time for running has been occupied by riding my longboard. I ride my board now more often than i ran before and i think it's still a good exercise. But last week, i've been busy with meeting friends i just couldn't seem to find time to board. I did that only once last week and my sides hurt the next day.
Thighs are getting bigger. I'm getting all the fat there. And when i swam last night, my thighs felt oh so tired the most. Now they're just so huge they could pass off as ham! Who wants one?

hey toni post a picture of those 'hams' and then let the mylot public decide if they want any part of your 'ham'.

Hi! Thanks for your kind words. You are right that the muscles hurt due to lack of exercise and yeah it indeed went away the next day. So now i just want to go back to doing what i like.

I only have two things to do: running and biking. If I do biking today, tomorrow I will do another. It's so great to see you on longboard as your profile picture, toni. What's your take on that?

Your thighs may have been so tired because you weren't able to jog or ride your long board but it doesn't mean that you're getting huge (or your thighs).

The last time you saw me on skype i was just 52kg. Last night i weighed myself and i'm 55kg hahaha! It's ok friend i don't want to loose weight. I just want a firmer thigh since i could see cellulites there already and they don't look good. And my arms are huge as well hahaha! I need to do some dumbbells.

Well i haven't been eating fatty food actually. I dislike sweets. I love spices. It's the rice actually. Been eating that a lot. So i think i'm gonna cut on carbo but i don't want to loose weight. I just need some muscles.
