It's Earth day! We should celebrate that we still have the "Perfect Home" to live with in the next few years.
And great news; in this generation most of the people are now aware of what things to purchase before checking out in the counter. One factor is if it is eco-friendly.
We have a lot of eco-friendly stuff being produced in the market lately: eco-friendly bags, plastic bottles, reusable stuff, biodegradable items, non-toxic liquid cleaners, eco-friendly light bulbs. Yes; Eco-friendly light bulbs that allows you to save more energy and electricity bills.
And when it comes to household items; I'm so vain. I may not have a permanent home but before I gave up my pad/ room for rental to other families and earn more; I have my room which has recycled materials and such "trash-turned-ornaments" in this place. One good example is the old wall clock which turned into picture frame and put some beads inside to enhance depth on it.
But what I'm dying for (which I haven't got it in my old room) in getting for my dream house that I'm working on is a skylight. It gives you light and air if necessary (or if it available) and it really saves a lot in terms of energy from power plants and minimizes pollution. Stuff like that.
I bet you can share those eco-friendly tips and items that you want (or you may already have in)/for your house. Let me know more and enjoy Earth day here in Mylot.

I think that it is very important that you should do things like this in your house because it is good for the environment, and it also means that you can save a fair amount of money in the long term which has to be a good thing. One of the things that you can do in my country is install solar panels in your house which will pay for your electricity. If you don't use all of the electricity that your house generates it feeds back into the national grid and they will pay you some money for it. This is great, and if you can afford to do it, it is certainly something that you should be thinking about.

Those kind of installation really helps!
Thanks for sharing me your thoughts about having a eco-friendly home. Aside from skylights whick allows me to enjoy natural light at home; I'll have a Sun-powered generator works for my electric fan and such necessities to keep me online ^_^-)
One way of getting resourceful energies are these and I'm also thinking of staying near the sea for that healthy sea breeze.
Happy mylotting; friend!
