I mean what should i change in my information? shall i use paypal? where to write my paypal email and so n..

okey. thank you. i have read it. but i have a problem. in payment information i have change everything but there's not update button at the bottom of the page. how to find it? do you know?

You do not need to complete the fields "City:", "Address 1:", "Address 2:" but everything else MUST be completed accurately and completely, including the answer to "Are you a United States citizen?".
Something that confuses some people is that, once you have confirmed your PayPal email (entered it for the second time) the field goes blank when you press 'Update'.
