Papiss Cisse has been a revelation since joining Newcastle in the summer transfer window. He is scoring goals for fun and almost scoring in every game that he plays. His form coincides with the rise of Newcastle who are dreaming of a Champions League spot next season. Do you think Papiss Cisse is the buy of this season? Cheers! Ram

Papiss Demba Cissé - Papiss Demba Cissé (born 3 June 1985 in Dakar) is a Senegalese football striker who currently plays for Newcastle United and the Senegal national team.

Yes, Papiss Cisse is a good buy but he is not the only one. Nikica Jelavic of Everton is another with 6 goals in 9 games. But with 11 goals in 10 games, Papiss Cisse is surely the buy of the season, and one of the reasons why Newcastle is doing so well this season.

Yes, for a club like Everton Jelavic is really a great buy as well. Cheers! Ram

Jelavic just won the Player of the Month award ahead of Papiss Cisse. It was a bit surprising for me looking at the goals the Cisse has scored. Cheers! Ram

Cisse is definitely the buy of the season since his transfer to Newcastle this season, but I wouldn't say he scores goals for fun. He is often serious in his game and links up well with Tiote in mid field and attack. He definitely has potential to go on to play for greater and more established teams.

:) When I meant for fun, I meant that he is able to score easily. :) Cheers! Ram

Newcastle will provide a few players for the buy of the season. Ba and Cabeye are two excellent purchases. The likes of Young, Augero and Arteta will of course stand up and state their claims.

On the cost-benefit analysis, Ba and Cabaye would stand way ahead of Young, Aguero and Arteta. Cheers! Ram
