hi friends.people are talking that IPL 5 will be the most successful season and wil break every record. 3 weeks into the tournament,i already lost interest.mumbai lost to kings XI just 2 days ago and tomorrow they play against the same team? which idiot chose such fixture? tired of DC not winning any match, tired to see RCB being too dependant on gayle, tired of schedule, tired of cheerleaders, not many competetive matches (not talking about those last ball finishes)funny i am even tired to post this discussion. so i will stick with my schedule.watch IPL as long as mumbai, pune, rajasthan plays and go to sleep with the rest. then again,am i the only one tired?

I really hate this fixture that IPL has done. But i really like IPL and i do not get bored anytime.I was bored last season. But now i have got interest to Ipl because teams are now equally stronger.Deccan is stronger but they didn't had luck.Really i did find boring last season because i din't find much competition in it.Others will find boring because of continuous of matches every day.

Yes the match fixture is illogical and the rest is ok. Teams are almost equal in strength. About DC I say it is not luck but they are not playing well. If you have observed well, the teams who played well have won the game. There is little room for 'luck'.

Its not you alone who got bored. Of course the entire tv rating got worse. This may be mainly because of the number of matches. With 16 matches per team, its really a long tail. Even if you are supporting only one team, you are about to watch 16 matches. That too when they are not winning its gets even worse. Above all it gives us something to spend our leisure in watching tv and moreover it gives chance to discuss like this in our mylot.

Actually I am with you on the fixtures. Too many matches are happening back to back to really be interesting. But just on the cricketing front this is the best IPL so far as the teams are all more or less equally balanced this season. Cheers! Ram

Hi star, You spoke the right words. The fixture is idiot. When teams like RR and others have playd more than 6 games DC have not played even 4 games. What schedule is this? And there are matches which are back to back. Play today one and another tomorrow. Is this a logic. Me too am vexed with this lackadaisical fixture of the matches and would be happy to see RR and Pune winning the matches.

I used to watch most of the IPL matches. One thing is true that i dont have the same interest to this season IPL as that of first season. But i dont get bored with IPL and i like to watch IPL matches. Some games are boring like some low scoring- slow matches. But i think IPL still have some entertainment factor for cricket fans.
