bad dreams

I been having dreams about a zombi Apocalypse for a few years now. The last few weeks it's been just about every other night and i have now idea why. The close people to me don't know what to make of it and i do not know ether. any ideas? any one else experience some thing like this?

Hey, I also have zombie Apocalypse dreams all the time! It's not the same dream though... the way the infection breaks out, how I escape, how we defeat them (if we do, most dreams end ambiguously) changes every time.
Personally I don't believe that dreams have subconscious, symbolic, or prophetic meaning. I believe they're just products of the imagination or of the brain sorting through memories. I'm not sure why I dream about a zombie apocalypse so often since I don't watch many zombie apocalypse movies or anything, but I imagine it's just one of those strange things that dreams do that I may never understand.

It is very odd, and scary at times. Though with my zombie apocalypse dreams there are only a few that I really consider nightmares. Most of the time they're just weird dreams but they're not particularly scary. I'm not sure how to stop them... if I knew I'd be rid of them too. I hope you do figure out how to get rid of them and have sweet dreams again.

Wow. I love reading zombie books and watching zombie movies and playing zombie games! My question to you is if you enjoy watching zombie movies and reading zombie books and playing zombie games too? Because I always dream of the zombie apocalypse too but it's like I'm in a movie and in my dream I'm the lead chick who kills the zombies. It was very exciting for me in the dream.

I am more of a vampire girl but i do like zombie land and i seem to be the head zombie killer in my dreams they just seem real. It's freaky. I don't understand them and the worst ones are when i have to kill people i know.
