It's difficult to look for a good renting

My present room is broken by a thief yesterday. I lost quite much. So, I want to look for a new renting room.
The room must be cheap, enough wide and private. It's also clean and I can cook.
However, it's difficult to look for a room like that. Because the price is very high. We have just got married. We have not had children. So, I think that we should save money for future than live in an expensive beautiful room!

Yes, I agree with you that it is very dificult to rent a good house. I am live in Ho Chi Minh city, I rent a small room with my friends but it is expensive, the rent room money take about 1/3 my salary per month. LOL

It's too expensive. I think that you must calculate careful with your salary for your life without support from your family, right?

Some tome I send money for my family too but not much. I must earn money to pay bank debt. In everning, i am a tutor and I can earn money nearly my main job. So I can save little money.

Try to search online if for places to rent with your preferences. Since you want to save, you should look for a place where your budget can afford. I am sure you can find one online. And also, don't forget to check how safety the place is before you rent it so as the robbing won't happen again. Sorry to hear you got robbed.

yes, i'm trying to do that. I'm looking for a suitable room or house. I hope that I'll a lucky person. The rob won't occur again :(

When I was just married, I did not have a home.
If I never plan to own a home, I shall be renting home all of the while.
For my long term planing, I must own a home. At least, I shall be able to own a home after certain years.
With some money for the down payment, I shall be able to own a home by paying the monthly repayment to my bank's housing loan. After repaying for the 15 or 20 years, this home will be belonging to me.
Of course, this is a wise move. If not, the same the amount of the money I am paying for the rental will be about the same as the amount of my repayment to my housing loan. But, the latter will allow me to own this home after the repayment period.
In my advise, you should start to have your own home.
Moreover, you need to have more rooms for your children later.

I agree to to because of the inflation, the price of the properties or houses are very much higher than the actual value within the hot area.
For instance, the buyers at the capital of my country are willing to purchase homes which are about 20% to 25% higher just because they want to own their permanent homes.
They do have the same philosophy as me to pay about the same or slightly higher of the rental for the monthly housing loan repayment. At the end, they still can expect to own their houses.

Is that really broken that you can't fix it? I mean, if you can do temporary fix, you can stay there for a while while you're still saving for your new room. It's true that it's not easy to look for a good room to rent which is also not so expensive. Aside from this, you must also consider your neighborhood. Be sure that the place is safe and the people are friendly. With regard to the thief, have you filed a complaint?

yes, I'm trying to look for a good room or house. I need much time to ask about the location which I can live for a long time.
I didn't have filed a complaint the rob. Because It will be more complicated and I won't get back the thing which I lost.

I am really sad to hear that you had been robbed. God has given each of the thinks like health
and all the gifts equally in different manners. Then still some are doing such illegal activities. Why don't they go for working. If such people go around a job they will definitively get something which will give them the money to do their basic things.
I think you must report this to police station. So that they will do the immediate actions. I think you people had a bad time now. So don't make use of the earnings for having such luxurious house. Rent a house which favor your needs. This will help you to save your money. So that they will help you in the future

Renting a house is not easy to find especially if you don’t have enough budgets for it. Just find a house that is affordable and suits your style. Now a day’s even the house is not good to look are very high in price. For you to save money as a newly married just find a cheaper one that is near in the office where you are working.
