have you heard it in the news? the election is yet to be done by the next year but then some politicians are already getting busy being known. most of them are already putting their smiling faces to their banners and making sure that their names are big and bold. also in the television, there are already politicians endorsing schools but then it is quite obvious that they are readying themselves to be known for the elections. what do you think mylotters?

yes, there are a lot of us who are already having intelligent votes but there may still be million out there who are letting their votes be taught. the same lessons of regret are learned every year but they still repeat what they have done wrong!

i think with continued urge by the media to vote wisely and with the help of our teachers, those "unintelligent votes" can be intelligent votes soon.

That early? Wow, they should have had loads of budget for the upcoming election for as early as now, they are willing to spend money just to be known for their good deeds. People should not be deceived by these posters with their achievements or smiling and helpful faces, people should think that when you choose to elect someone, it should be one that really deserves to sit on that position and not only will help us before or during election period but will help us his entire life of service and off-service.

Speaking of budget, the department incharge of check and balance should really monitor on these politicians' activities. Im sure there are some of them using people's money for these campaigns.

That's nothing new and it's not surprising. Elective positions are lucrative business in the Philippines.

Are you still surprised? The same scenario is happening every time there is an impending elections in the country. I am really irritated looking at the faces of these politicians on TV every time it is the campaign period. In our political system, the more popular gets the most votes, so these candidates are already making themselves known to the electorate. Have you not noticed that the movie stars turned politicians always win except for a few? That is because popularity is the name of the game. We never learn our lessons, do we?

Nope, I am not surprised nor even amazed that some aspiring politicians have the pride to smile in their tarpaulins, trying to say to people the ;'service; they have done. What cheek! Some of the politicians are 'returning' politicians - after serving three terms, they are at it gain or endorse a family member to sit and keep the post warm until they began eligible again. I agree that our political system (in terms of elections0 is ridiculous. It's a popularity contest. Nobody really wants to hear true policies or change. It's rephased campaign speech. As far as the lesson goes, maybe we haven't started yet. I just don't know if Filipino voters can be really called as 'mature'.

Yes anyone can smell the scent of politics here in our country, especially for those who are supposed to be servants of the people. We can see their desire to lure the people that they are among the best leaders, but after putting them to office some of them show their true identity...a wolf cloth as a sheep!

perfect term indeed einerb! wolf in sheeps clothing. i hate them and i hope and pray that one day, the Philippines will rise from the ashes and have clean people do the public service and not "clean" people as they themselves call themselves.
