About Pixmania.. it worth ?

Dear fellow Mylotters. Browsing the various web pages, and especially reading various statements in various Italian forum (as you know I'm Italian), it seems that there are different opinions about the online shopping site called Pixelmania. Many people say that on that site you can do real business, or buy quality items, paying less than other "windows" traditional. Other people complain a little but the vendor-customer relationship. Some even complain of having received faulty products and have not even received the necessary assistance. I'd be interested to subscribe to this site. I speak to those who had direct experience and I say: You, to me, you recommend it? Thanks in advance for your opinions about.

I'm from Denmark and I've shopped at Pixmania several times. I believe the company itself is in Paris. The prices are fore the most parts good, they have some very nice offers every now and then, but often you'll be able to find the same product at a better rpice elsewhere (at leat compared to danish prices). I've never really had any problems with pixmania, the only thing that annoy me is their delivery - it takes forever. They may tell you that "your order has been shipped" but they're really telling you that the order has been shipped to a ligistics firm (DHL, UPS one of those), it can take several days, sometimes weeks before you recieve your product. That's too bad, especially since if I order from a danish site I would have my product the next day. So all in all - if the price is right, shop away, but be patient :)
