Is Expose Knowledge a good site to write for?

I learned about expose knowledge from my lot. I signed and wrote a tip and an article there. The minimum payout is 10$ for others and 20 for Indians. My question is, is it worth writing there and is it reliable? i want to know before writing seriously there. If the tip is accepted, the writer is paid 0.8 and 0.20 for an article.
