How to avoid getting internet viruses?

Install Linux or MacOS : virus are only a problem for Windows users, under Unix like OS there are trojans -- that you can avoid with a simple firewall -- but no virus and no antivirus needed.

There are a lot of god antiviruses out there- we have Avira...we used AVg before. To avid getting viruses- i think you should avoid downloading stuff- if you can't, just download stuff from trusted sources.

Have you tried installing firewalls aside for an anti-virus? I think it is best to prevent things from entering your PC instead of having to deal with it when it's already at its worst.

I suggest you use Avast Internet Securitu. To me its the best antivirus there is and the internet security option helps prevent virus from the internet. The antivirus itself is free while the internet security is not, but I could share my file with you if you want. Anyways once installed you won't have to worry about viruses again, also download some malware removal tools to assit your antivirus, and also some cleaning tools like advanced system care from Iobit, I love this software and use it all the time. Makes my laptop faster.
