How to make a person give up alcohol?

i think it's so difficult but everything is posible get closer to religious activities i think is the best choice

I've learnt that in life it is impossible to make somebody do something they don't want to do. So if somone drinks too much they will continue doing it until they realise by themselves that they are harming themselves and their love ones. Each person has their own trigger...someone will stop when they hear an idol of their thinks that drinking is bad, someone will not stop when the doctor tells them they have liver problems.
