I'm single.. He is; now what??

Have you get into this situation before? Your crush's girlfriend broke up on him; he gets remorsed about it and he's declaring his single. You ARE also single and couldn't get better on that.
I DID confessed to him before in a funny and joking manner but this time; I want to reassure without looking ugly and desperate.
How am I supposed to do that? And should I?
Let me know your feedback about it.

Lol well don't feel bad some of you girls just have no idea that you are cute::) Maybe I just have a soft spot for Pinay's.
Filipina's are the prettiest of all the Asian women and the nicest I find as well personality wise.. I should know, I am in love with a Beautiful lady myself that came from the land of sunshine:)

I also have experiences about having a crush that broke up with her ex. I have committed mistakes being very strong about showing my feelings towards her. That should be not the case. You shouldn't sound to desperate. Try to be very good friends with him first. Be cool about everything and don't rush things. I'm not an expert in that situations but I am trying my best to give good advice. What do you think of my advice?

you should come near him and tell him how you feel^^ for sure you wont look desperate to him. you will be just telling your feelings. and thats nothing bad^^ maybe he gives you a chance. its early for him to start a new relation right away. cause probably he still has feelings for his ex. but its the right time for you to
tell him how you feel. that way he will look at you in a new way. just be honest and dont worry^^ everything will be ok. i wish he gives you a chance to go on dates together. and maybe he can love you^^ the more time he spends with you, the bigger chances you have that he falls for you. wish you the best

Ops, dont let your feelings ruin you. I have been in that situation before. It will not give you true happiness. Give him time to heal the wounds that love creates. There is a time for everything. Dont rush everything, think of it a million times. Just wait, maybe, not expected he is really the one for you. Let him do the action. It is sweet and cute if it is really the guy who confess his love to you.Always remember that love moves in mysterious way.

Don't act soo quick. Think think and think. Life is only once and you are going to live your life. So think and decide on what best suits you and then proceed. My best wishes..!! :)
