It's been while I don't have a burger

Maybe some people won't believe me, but I am telling you a truth. It is been over some time I don't have a burger. Since I am living with my mom now, and she is really restrictive on my eating and health, I barely got a chance to go to McDonald or Burger king to have a burger of my own. Now, she is on a vacation, and leaving me in charge of the house, so I can eat whatever I want. I just went to burger king 2 days ago to have a double Whopper, and some fries, they are good, but a bit expensive than I expected. Today, with my laziness this morning, I also went for another double whopper burgers and some smoothie drink. That was delicious.

kingparker ..Have you ever tried making your own burger with all the 'trimmings'..I say nothing can beat that taste...and it's healthier for you. Better yet..though it sounds bad..turkey burgers (I buy Jennios) are awesome....

I don't know how to make my own burger. You mean get those raw burger steak from the supermarket, and fry them on your own? I never done that before, but I might try it in the future.

Bruger and fries - Unhealthy food
I do believe you dear. I am also the same as your Mom. I would not allow my kids to eat burgers from fastfood all the time. Once in a while is okay to me but not always because I know these fastfoods can't serve healthy burgers at all. Burgers are not actually healthy so I understand why your Mom restricts you from eating burger.

Hello kingparker. Moms like to take care of their children. Now that your mom is away you can indulge to your hearts content. As I read the other discussions I agree with them. Home made burgers are the best as well as inexpensive. I read that you haven't done any cooking. you can find how to coo burgers on the net..

It's good to eat these kinds of food every once in a while especially if you haven't had them for a very long time. I haven't eaten cakes for more than 3 years now and my mother's birthday is coming so I plan to buy her a big sweet chocolate cake. That's a chance for me to eat a cake after soo many years! I'm going to pig out on that.

I am the same as you. At home, my mom always cooks healthy and delicious dishes. So I always eat at home. On weekends, she does not cook for dinner. So we usually eat out. Sometimes, I will request her to drop us by a fast food joint like Mcdonalds or KFC to buy myself a burger or chicken. Fast foo stuff is really addictive.

I don't get hamburgers very often either, maybe 1-2x a month if that. I'd rather have them at home for a fraction of the cost. Though the kids won't eat them, not even the turkey burgers pre-made. They only seem to like McDonald's burgers... ICK! Like you I could live on whoppers! But so not good for you and the calories are huge! The cost can be up there but you know a franchise here has test whoppers (what they are testing IDK) but they used to have them either 2 for $3 or $4, if we had the money and we were on the go that's what we'd stop and get!

Good to read that you are enjoying yourself in this burger-eating. I suggest that you cut down on the number of times you visit the fastfood eateries as over-eating could result in a lot of health problems. You should also learn to save your money for other important project that you intend to embark on in the future. Spending your money wisely is the key to life successes. If you throw them into just anything you see you might as well end up being poor for life. I think that is not God's potion for us in this life.

Hamburgers are good. True they are good from fast food places as well. However I agree with the other people in here, you can make your own. Get some hamburger patties from the supermarket and cook them up. You might find them to taste better than BK's burgers.
