I'm wondering if those paid online surveys work? I mean does it really pay you after you have signed as a member and participated to their surveys? I just signed up last night to a paid online survey site. Well, there's no harm in trying, right? Does anyone of you been paid for it? I'm sure some of you here have participated in such.

I am a member in Global Test Market and AIPonlinesurveys. When you request your payment, the former gives you a check (in USD) while the latter gives you a gift voucher. Also, you need someone from the inside if you want to get in since you can register only through invitations sent to you.

Hi jewelsam, Well, the statement "There's no harm in trying" cannot be always true especially if you deal with things online. Let me give you my comments on this. 1. Legitimacy. Is the paid site you're talking about a legitimate one? You see, not everything you see or read from the internet are who they claim to be. It may just be a big fat wolf wearing an old lady's dress. 2. Security. Has the site been certified by some programs that deal with online security? Is it certified by BBB, Comodo, etc.? And how did your experience in terms of paying go? Did the payment process use SSL encryption? If you think you feel positive with the things I mentioned above, then you may be safe to use that site. Otherwise, you need to have second thoughts if you really need to pursue in using it. I haven't joined any paid online survey sites. But I did join free online survey sites. I am pretty sure that your statement - there's no harm in trying - works best in free survey sites since it doesn't require you to pay in order to get in and start making money. I would appreciate it more if you can give us the name of your paid survey site. In that way, we may be able to help you to figure things out. Glad to know there's a fellow Davaoeño here in myLot, Piloncitos

Hi fellow Davaoeño! Thanks for your comment but I'm afraid we have a misunderstanding on my discussion. What I mean about saying I joined in a "paid-online-survey" is that, I''ll took a survey and they'll pay for it. I did not pay any registration or membership fee to get in. It was free. They stated that I'll be paid after a complete survey. But still at the moment, there are no surveys available. But anyways, thanks for such advice. I'll consider those factors before signing up any sites.

Survey sites differ from each others. Some pay cash for each completed survey, others gives points or credits that can be converted to cash for any completed surveys. There is a one survey site that pays a dollar per completed survey but it always says there is no available survey at the moment. As i view your profile, you are from the Philippines, no doubt, you will only receive surveys few times a year. Sometimes once a month or every other month. Even though there are paid survey sites for the Philippines, it has no difference in other survey sites. Because, most of paid survey sites online only works for the best to US members and other neighboor countries but not here in the Philippines. That is why i just leave those survey sites, they suck, indeed. Haha.

I joined paid online surveys recently.I got surveys only from toluna. The site is good but the problem is that you have to reach 60000 points to redeem to cash. Most of these surveys are for US,Canada & Australia.I am looking for more paid surveys for Indians

Nost paid survey sites are scams and then sell your business profile giving it to give you a wealth of informationthat you had not asked myself that way and I had not re-open my email it was infected because of things I has not asked, I recommend you not do sa and chaging for free or you sell your information

I've signed up for a few but I have only stuck with one.. Because It never rips you off.. Pinecone Research is the best and only one I like. The only thing is they only take new members every so often and you need an invitation or a link to join. (keep an eye out for their banners.) They pay $3 for every survey and it is paid via paypal usually the next day. The only other one I use is esearch they send things to me a few time a year and they can be $2.50 or more... and they pay by paypal but about a month after the survey. So many others aren't even worth my time.. they want you to get up to some huge amount before they will pay you and then try as you might you can't reach that amount and survey after survey disqualifies you.. I HATE having my time wasted!

Paid survey sites all differ. Some of them are legit, and others are scams. I've been doing paid surveys since 2007, and I've been paid at some point by all of the ones I've been a member of, with the exception of this one I joined most recently. I've yet to earn enough to cash out, but I'm close so we will see how that goes. You can definitely earn some extra money doing surveys, but just do your research and beware of those that are potential scams. Good luck to you.

Surveys tend to be very, very dangerous landmines on the Internet. You don't know who's behind it, because they are built to collect information. Fraud companies tend to take the information that you input, then sell it to other companies for money. That's how you get spam and unwanted mail in your inbox. Back to the point, I've never really completed a legit survey on the Internet, and those which are legit are too long for me to complete or don't give a reward.

I am a part of a number of different online survey sites. I have found that some pay well and others it takes forever to get to the minimum payout. I am not sure about the area that you live in, but here I have found that Synovate and OnlyCashSurveys are the two best ones that pay!

There are a lot of scams out there. I would say do your research because among those scams the legitimate survey companies do exist.
