I was not angry. I exploded.

It is one of my duty to attend the tutor meeting at the branch office every month. My job is to be some kind of adviser for the tutor coordinator and also supervisor for the tutors. I have the right to speak if necessary but I am more as the listener. Well, I supposed to be the wise person until recently.
Last Friday I came to this branch 5 minutes before the meeting started. When I entered the office the radio was so loud that no body heard me coming. Well, of course no body heard me coming as apparently NO ONE was at the office!
Not the admin, not the coordinator, and none of the tutors. I searched on every room in the office hoping to find someone there, but it was in vain and I started to boil up. I sat down and waited and after 10 minutes I started to lose it.
I stood up and was wearing my jacket when one tutor came. I sat back down but I could not put a smile on my face. The other tutor came 5 minutes later and she was aware that I was angry. She tried to apologize but I didn't say anything. 5 minutes later, the coordinator came and explained that she was out to buy the meal for the meeting. I raised and entered the meeting room.
After she opened the meeting she told me that one more tutor would come even later than 20 minutes! So I said she didn't need to come at all. After all the opening and the explanation I started to explode. I told them that I was disappointed by this kind of habit. The thing that makes me even angrier was that there's one tutor who often comes late to class!
I just don't understand. Why is it so difficult for them to come at least on time to everywhere? I always try my best to come earlier to everywhere. I would rather be the one who waits than waited for. And apparently my office mate has the same idea. So it's not impossible, isn't it? I really don't get it...

It is right for you to tell them that, if they want to be good examples then they should start it within them...
nice work MissPiggy, they should be taught lessons

Thank you Jazel_juan.
I really hope they listen to me and start to change for their own good.

That's what makes me angry!
How would the students think of their tutor? They can mark a bad name to my course.

Hi Miss Piggy: I understand the reasons why you feel so upset. In fact I don't like when people don't respect my time and they think they could arrive at no matter what time. They should assume the consequences of being late. If I would be an authority I won't wait for those who are late. It's their responsibility to be at the right time.

You are so right. I only have to wait for the next meeting whether they listen to me or not. I have written the report to the Manager, so I hope there would be a change about respecting the time. I hope they understand it now.
