About 10 years ago, every night I was going to bed, i was having lucid dreams. In case you are not familiar with the term, a lucid dream is when you are having a dream, and you are aware that you are within a dream. It was really fun because everytime I was sleeping it was like I was escaping to a different reality. Almost like a parallel universe:P. Unfortunately nowadays I rarely have lucid dreams. Do they ever occur to you? Do you happen to know what factors determine wether you'll be having a lucid dream or not? It would be really cool to take them back again:P

Oh! yes! I too have experienced lucid dreams... and I have discovered that it is really astral travel or projection.

I think i'd have to disagree with you on that. Astral projection is like taking your whole soul out of your body in travel. Lucid dream is just a dream in which you know you are dreaming... and are kinda free to do whatever you please. For example you can choose to fly ...or throw spiderweb out of your hands and swing around the city...i have done that..lol

Just from what I heard, i am no expert and have never experienced astral projection, so some parts of what I said might also be wrong.
