Man Made Global Warming Proof

It seems that a new study shows that Wind Farms (man made Green Energy) is causing the local temperature to increase at night which could lead to local weather and climate changes. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/earthnews/9234715/Wind-farms-can-cause-climate-change-finds-new-study.html Add this to the fact that Wind Turbines cause bird deaths (new EPA rules created to deal with the problem that wind advocates say is over regulation). Is wind power with turbines the answer and will the Solar Panels in the desert start to change that areas climate?

I'm sure it does change temperatures locally but that is then a huge jump to say that it is anything global. A volcanic eruption changes the environment locally and globally with dust and gas emmissions but the energy involved is millions of times larger than a wind farm or solar farm. What we humans do is but a tiny scratch on the surface.

I agree that we humans do very little to have any impact on the climate. I heard a farm meteorologist say that the thunder storms we get in the Midwest(USA) are getting stronger because of the corn that is being planted in the planes states give off more moisture there by allowing the storms to gain strength. IF you can keep the ground warmer at night the dew point will stay high and giving more strength to the thunder storms. I found it ironic that what we are doing in the name of climate change to reduce green house gases is really going to have some negative effect on the climate. It will be very minor and maybe have no real effect. What all to climate change people want us to do is having a negative effect on the environment and is hurting wildlife - killing more birds.

I agree. Surely they have been growing crops on the Plains for decades. It's not new, is it?

What is new is that they have changed from wheat to corn and corn gives off more moisture there fore making the air in the summer more unstable. This was the explanation that was given for the increase in sever weather.

I am no expert in this area and i think if these will help us gather energy and not by other sources that may do MORE harm to the environment, then it is the lesser evil option. I have not heard about the changes in the climate that may be caused by these supposed green methods, i sure think that there is still a need to further the study and not put a conclusion on this just yet.
