Where I work my boss hired aperson I really can't stand! This guy I and my boss worked with at the last job we worked at. The guy is an idiot! He is always looking to get attention! He back staps people! He comes across very caring and hard working! People start to like him and sometimes feels sorry for him! Then he starts to come into work late or does no shows! He will drive people insane when he gets high on to much caffine from coffee or Mountain dew! My boss hired him casual part time for the up coming events for graduation and the busy summer. It was suppose to be only a few times a month! My idiot boss Mark feels sorry for the moron and gets him every chance he gets! The moron does have a job but were he works things are really slow and he gets lousey hours,for now. I know the dumb @ss has no common sense with money so I know the extra money he makes he will do something stupid with! Mark does not know it yet but if Marus,the jack@ss guy in the discussion starts pulling all the crap he did in the past I will report him to Human Resources! Marcus allready is coming in late and not letting us know he is and why! Mark,is being super nice guy and it is going to back fire on him! I will not let this imbecile work over everyone where I work like he has in the past! I know how this guy operates and Mark refuses to see it! I know other people will not wear blinders on this subject either! Do you know a person like this? I am sure they are all over the place!

I've worked with a gal who just had to have "drama" in her life, she backed out of a marriage 3 times and the poor guy just kept trying.
Then, before marriage try #4 she was a passenger in a car that was hit by another car (OMG - she didn't create THIS drama!) and was pretty badly hurt.
I was never so glad to see someone's back in my LIFE!

I am not thrilled with this guy being in my life! When I have to work with him I don't talk to him unless I have to. I keep my distance and ignore him when he tries to get attention. NOt every one knows his true personality but when it comes out people at work will be complaining to MArk about it and I will be laughing my head off knowing this was a mistake!

That's the best and about the only way to deal with people like that.
I have to say that we had a small office rearrangement and I got to pack her desk and stuff up. I did it VERY carefully. It was kind of nice to have her have to thank me for packing her desk!

We had one at work and his name was also Marcus...and his behavior was very much the same. He came to work on his own time regardless of when he was scheduled....he also treated others with a condesending attitude...finally I told him one day...I said I have been working here for 27 years...don't you dare talk down to me! He was shocked...maybe no one has ever confronted him before...our boss finally got smart and canned him...it was much better for everyone after he left!

WOW! I am not alone! I have told this Marcus before and if he crosses me the wrong away again,I'll tell him off! I will not put up with his crap! I am not wearing blinders like Mark is! I know the real Marcus and I hope everyone will see the real Marcus soon! When they do they will be saying" You weren't kidding"! Can't wait for this to happen!
